Theron Bros Pty ltd (a new company) directed by Manie Theron (10 years of experience) works hand in hand with Theron Broers BK directed by Lourens Theron (his Father) with over 35 years of experience.
We have the resources and expertise to successfully complete large R 6-8M contracts, but are also geared to tackle smaller projects. We have 58 years experience and a veritable mountain of successful projects behind us as a family business.
Our many and varied competencies include from pile driving and underground cellars, the erection of multi-story concrete structures, steel structures, post-stressed concrete slabs, and the fine details in boutique hotels and restorations. There’s almost nothing we will not undertake with confidence and deliver a successful completion with satisfied clients. HERITAGE RESTORATION
THERON BROERS (under Lourens Theron) completed some very impressive restoration work on heritage buildings in Voelklip area.
THERON BROS has not yet undertaken any heritage restoration work yet under the new company.
Heritage Restorations are also projects that are not done that often today due to the cost and the effort clients need to go through.
But THERON BROS is well equipped with a skill level just as good as THERON BROERS BK.
Quality workmanship is a key factor, and THERON BROS has the correct contacts of specialist sub-contractors and installers in order to achieve any task.
Managing and supervision is also very important as well as appointing an experienced Architect in heritage design.

POOL & DECKING
THERON BROS does all types of Pools, Decking, Pergolas for the fresh, modern, summer style.
We do assist with designs and expert advice on details.
POOLS:
We completed numerous complicated build swimming pools that will last for many years to come.
From Free flow rim flow pools, indoor pools and exterior pools and Rock excavations if necessary.
We do electronic pool cover installation as well, Solar or standard covers.
Designs to pools we advise a client to appoint an Engineer consulting with design and to submit tech plans for reinforcement and structure, Structure must be approved by a competent person.
THERON BROS will complete the total project from start to finish assisting with pool lamination, waterproofing, installation of Pump, heat pump, solar heating and pool equipment.
We execute the excavation, structural build and plastering, including tiling if necessary in design.
We do use our local swimming pool specialist POOLS POOLS POOLS With the specialized application of fiber-lining, installations of Pumps, heat pumps, solar heating etc.
DECKING AND PERGOLAS:
THERON BROS have experience carpenters for doing any kind of carpenter and timber designs integrated with a pool design. We do removable lids for pool equipment, pump room and pool covers as well.
We do traditional decking on timber sub-structure or on existing or new concrete structures in Ballau, Jarra, Iroko, Grappa, Meranti or treated Pine.
We specialize in decking for patios, a open deck or just at you braai and boma.
We create form seats to walkways and overhead pergolas, using rock work details as well for the perfect outside look.
We use only the best screws and the new CAMO fixing system imported from the US for seamless secret fixing of the decking material.

THERON BROS is proud to say that with more than 55 years of experience as a family business there is nothing we cannot build from smaller to your bigger projects.
We do concentrate recently more on pleasing clients in need for minor works and we call for locals to support us for any small build that you need assistance with.
We work also directly with the owner or with owners agents (Arch, Eng or QS).
We are equipped in managing and building Luxury Residential houses with a appointed Architect.
We are recommended builders for local Andre Greef Arch, Nicolette Lloyd Ach, Rossouw Theron Ach.
We build before for Johan Slee Arch, Rick stander Arch, Michal Dall Arch, Chris de Hart Arch, Hardy van Shcalkwyk.
We do Proper site management, accounts, site minutes in order to assist our client’s.
